Discover Payment Settlement - Still Go Bankcrupt?

Hi folks...

I have question for everyone....is it possible to setup a payment plan with Discover Card, make the small monthly payment until I am able to file bankcruptcy and when the time comes to file, still include them in the bankcrupty?

Yep. But stop using the card immediately if you still use it. But if you are planning to file, I would just stop paying now. It is like throwing 20's down the toilet.

Yes, this will help you if you have made recent charges or balance transfers or cash advances, otherwise you are throwing good $$$ after bad.
