I had a claim made by the state I live in however, I have since paid off the 120.00 I owed on state taxes and also the fee they charged. Since then, the state withdrew the claim because I am paid in full. This is noted in Pacer that they withdrew the claim. It has been at least a month since this all happened. Today I looked on the National Data Center and the claims just got noted on there but not the withdrawel of the claim. Do I need to contact my lawyer or will the withdrawel eventually show up on the National Data Center and null out the claims?

The National Data Center doesn't update regularly. If it's showing on PACER, eventually NDC will catch up.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
