    We are confirmed!!!!!

    Holy Moly....

    We are confirmed as of 3/13/2009. We have officially joined the 13 club. The trustee only objected to a $56 deduction in DH's paycheck that contributes to a FSA/Healthcare plan. As we cannot de-enroll mid year, he said no problem and let us go with the payment we proposed! I am so happy that we are still contributing to 401K and we have wiggle room in our budget to breathe a little.

    This site has been very informative through our entire process...

        Congratulations! Welcome to the club. I remember feeling so relieved when our plan was confirmed. The best advice that I can give you is:

        a. Make all of your payments on time
        b. Stay under the radar with your trustee

          341 - 11/26 went smooth NO ASSET
          Took 115 days after 341 - But Finally DISCHARGED 3/25/09

            WhooHooo!! Congrats on your ch 13 plan getting confirmed. I'm glad you are happy with your budget/payments too!
            Sounds like you got a 'nice' trustee. I hope our trustee lets us continue to contribute to our 401k plan since the company matches......

            I guess Friday the 13th isn't bad luck for you....
