I'm just curious as I get close to the end of my Chapter 13. I've seen alot of posts where people talk about tax returns. I am in a 60 month 100% payment plan that began in July 2004. Nobody has ever said a thing to me about tax returns. I don't want it to bite me in the butt. Do you have to submit things like tax returns in a 100% plan? Also I have never been told anything about taking any kind of debt classes that I have also heard about on posts. Being that I filed in 04 and the 100% am I exempt from that?

You filed under the "old law" so you were not required to take any prefiling counseling sessions. That came into effect in 10/05. Your original Plan confirmation should indicate whether or not you needed to provide your tax returns each year or you would have been advised by your attorney and/or trustee. I am assuming since you are at 100% you do not have to supply them each year. However, it is always best to ask yiur attorney any questions that may be a part of your specific plan/situation so I suggest giving him/her a call just to ensure there is nothing further due from you to close out your Plan.
Best of luck to you!_________________________________________
