Did some of our accounts get sold after we filed Bankruptcy 13?

How long before they usually start selling it? We've stopped paying credit cards but won't have our Stay in effect for probably 45-60 more days, I think.

Usually at least 90 days. Then it goes to either their internal collections or they sell it. You have plenty of time. I wouldn't sweat it too much.

BTW, Friday was a good day for the attorney....We always have good luck on March 13th. My son's bday, and our trustee withdrew objection to confirmation and is recommending confirmation of plan as is! Yeah!!!!!

I wanted pop in and say we had one account in like 3 months go from the OC to collection agency 1, then to collection agency 2.

Our first Missed payment was Dec 22. By Feb 27 it was already in the hands of CA #2. (It was a GE Money Bank card)

On the other hand we have some cards that still haven't been sent to a CA.
