On 3/2 I filled out a form to suspend bk payment for 90 days due to job loss. I just checked on pacer and there is nothing that shows up. Does that mean my attorney hasn't sent anything in, or does it take a while to show up on pacer.

I believe that payment suspensions are generally handled through the Trustee and not through the Court.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
