My wife and I just finished with our 341 Meeting yesterday. Everything seemed to go well, but we received a letter from our car finance co. attorney stating that they object. Our lawyer offered them $3,000 in the repayment, but they want the kelley blue book/napa value. Anyone have this happen to them? How did it resolve?

Congrats on making it through.
Ford objected to us and the attorneys dickered it out. They got the Blue Book value in the end. It only meant about $1500 more in the plan, but it didn't change our payment. We are supposed to confirm in two weeks. We will see if this actually rolls.Filed - 12/24/08 (Merry Christmas Credit Cards!)

Well they requested Napa Retail Value. We owe $13,000 on the vehicle, have paid $4,500 into it already. KBB and Napa both say the car is worth $9100.01/17/2009 Filed
