just wondering my lawer said he is not sure but back in sept of 08 i had our bankruptcy reinstated and now it was dissmissed again i have the money to pay the past amount will they reinstate us

They will if you catch up the payments. They do want you to succeed. If you keep doing this, they may feel that you're unable to stay in Plan.

You always need a reason why you fell behind. Fewer hours, medical, and other critical needs always go a long way to forgiving you.

Whenever you fall behind or know you're going to fall behind, call your lawyer and your lawyer can even have your payments suspended for several months if the problem is temporary!!!
