Returning to Pre-2005 Laws for Ch13

Does anyone see the current government reverting to the pre-2005 BK laws?

Nope. If anything does changes, it will probably be only minor tweaks. Aside from the Mortgage Modification issue in chapter 13, re-overhauling the BK system is a low priority.
