Have you had any judgements yet? When was the last time you paid on the accounts in question? Also, you can google your local county name plus the words civil court small claims, and it should link you to the case history for you county. At that point, you can look it up by your name.

We filed back in Nov (ch 7) and are being converted to a CH 13. Does this new means test apply to us at all? Our 341 is later this month.
      11/18/08 filed CH 7; 341: 12/11/09, cont'd to 01/06/09
      03/21/09 341 hearing for CH 13
04/27/09 Confirmation hearing for CH 13
      $199/mth for 60 months + $9K 2008 income tax refund

No, it is based on when you actually file, so your older state median income applies.

Yeah, we have to wait atleast 3 months so that our 6 month average isn't so high. My husband was working two full time jobs and just stopped last week....so now we just wait. But, I will retain my lawyer next week and get everything prepared.

Do you have a judgement against you already? Is somebody threatening judgement? In my case, I had a creditor threatening it and telling me how my wages would be garnished, but they never took any action. I also refused to tell them where I worked, which was, luckily, not on my credit report.
