    form b22c

When I refinanced my home several years ago it was done with a regular mortgage and a home equity line of credit. My question is,when filling out form b22c,do I put the equity loan on line 47 or line 48?

Sounds like you may be trying to file Ch 13 on your own without a lawyer....are you? Or are you just trying out the B22C form to see what it's all about before retaining an experienced Ch 13 bk lawyer?

I'm asking because Ch 13 is definitely not a do-it-yourself project. It requires a lot more knowledge than filling in the form. There are tremendous differences in how the Ch 13 law is interpreted across the country, and trying to file a Ch 13 on your own is like walking through a land mine field without a mine detector.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

    06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
    06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
    07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

line 48 is the "cure" amount, meaning what's past due when you file,.
filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!
