Setting up a Revocable or Living Trust

Can I setup a living trust before, during or after my chapter 13 plan is confirmed?

I want to include a couple relatives to take over my property.

My attorney said it does not matter when I create the trust and the Trustee wouldn't care as long as I name myself the trustee of the Trust Account and that all properties are put into the Trust.

When that is done, life goes on as usual - just keep paying the Trustee my monthly check.

Any advice?
