Stimulus tax changes

We filed on 2/3/09 and have our 341 on 3/31/09, as of Friday my paycheck is increasing by 15 take home per week because of the stimulus tax withholding changes, do you think the trustee will want ammended schedules to show the withholding difference and then also want the extra $60 per month? (that would realy suck!) I have an email into our attorney as well.

I doubt it. We made changes to our withholdings right before our 341 and that increased our take home pay by about $50 per month. The trustee didn't say a word about it. Wait it out and see what the trustee and the attorney says.

Since everyone is getting this, I would imagine the trustee is well aware. It will be interesting to see what trustee's will do - hopefully they will ignore it, it's such a small amount.

You would think that they would. I mean..how many trustees have the time to go through every 13 case to modify for a lousy couple of dollars?!
