    Condo Assoc Lien

    My attorney told me that a lien that will prob shortly be put on my condo by the assocation can be taken off in Ch13? I am a bit concerned, though, of what consequences there could be from the assoc afterwards. Any idea?

      The consequences could range from nothing to your association filing an objection to your plan with the court after you file Ch 13. Impossible to say - every homeowners' association seems to have a personality of its own. Your lawyer is likely to have some experience with what to expect in your local area.
