I will file myself (michigan). I will get a job as soon as I get home. Made 129K in 07 (michigan)- Made 19K in 08 in Vegas. Going home. My husband gross income is 41,000. In Mi your income cant be more than 54K for 7. Do they go off GROSS or NET income?

Gross, and then you still might qualify dependent upon your expenses, even if you are over the median, but, you need to accurately run the means test to determine this.

What is your family size? 1= $43,050 2 = $51,594 3 = $60,997 4 = $73,490 etc. 54k is not one of the numbers. Also, they go by gross income.Comment

2-51K. Yntil I get a job his income is 41K. I have no option than 8 bucks an hour somewhere. I have enough aside to help with bills for a month or 2. Then I'm broke. I just want to make sure this wont hurt my husband.Comment
