Our chapter 13 was officially filed yesterday (wow what a relief) our 341 is not scheduled until 3/31 because of back log at the court. Hoping everything goes smooth and the time goes quickly!

Plan
The proposed plan was 700 per month for 60 months Trustee to take 4 years of tax returns. He stated our numbers were pretty cut and dry but that the Trustee trys to negotiate on almost all cases and that most likely actual plan payment will be closer to 800. I am very comfortable with that payment.
We have about 150K unsecured debt and we are also lien stripping the 2nd of 50K so total unsecured will be 200KFiled 2/3/09
