    Monthly payments?

So when you declare a BK13 do you pay the trustee for all your payments and he/ she dispenses the money? So the house, car, etc all go to the trustee?

Do you pay the same amount? Like my house payment is $450 and the van payment is $480. So would we pay that amount in addition to what the trustee sets for the rest of the debt? Do you make just one payment a month and is it taken out of your check or do you send the payment?

Generally, the answer to all your questions is yes.

Sometimes, you could pay certain debts "outside" the plan. That means taht you pay the creditor directly. Not all Districts allow one to pay any secured creditor (house, car, etc) outside the plan. However, in those Districts, you can file a motion to pay outside the plan, if, and only if, you are current with those debts.

Also, sometimes, you have to pay semi-monthly. In general, most people pay once a month via payroll deduction.
