Ok so what do I do now? I need my truck towed and repaired (the emergency brake is stuck). Of course this isnt in the budget. I just filed in Nov. and had my 341 but no confirmation yet. I know I need to let my attorney know but has this happened to anyone this early?? If so did it affect the final outcome of your case???

Yeppers "michelle", if I could, I would, drag the thing home. I never used the "parking brake, or emergency brake" as I know it is mechanical and prone to problems. I would only use it as a last resort, just before throwing the transmission into reverse to stop impact.
Now that being said, if you have any money to repair, it surely would be approved as it is something reasonable in life.
Do what you have to do. and let us all know, please. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
