My attorney seems to think that my truck payment (which is not behind nor do I have a problem paying) will get rolled into my chapter 13 payment plan. I am not upside down on it, and it only has 17 more payments until its paid for. I will be filing toward the end of February, should I skip the February payment (its due the 1st of the month) since its going to be rolled into the bankruptcy?

YES, if you plan on putting it in your 13, I wouldn't make anymore payments. My husband's truck payments are in our bk and it's nice to know that they will not be repoing it. -
I just hate to be late with Toyota Financial because I have a good standing history with them, 2 trucks and never late. BUT I guess the bankruptcy will be a strike against me anyway, right?Comment

Be aware that you dont want to get too late on the payments, they can repossess it anytime they please after just one late payment.Comment
