    Objections in pacer/ confirmation

If there are any objections where is that located in pacer? Our confirmation hearing is on Wed. and I don't think I see any objections. On the docket report this was entered on 12/31
"Pre-Confirmation Certification of Compliance with Post Petition Obligations in accordance with 11 U.S.C. Section 1129(a)(14), 1225(a)(7), and 1325(a)(8) and (A)(9). "
anyone know what that means? does that mean we are going to be confirmed?

Just means that all of the appropriate Schedules and Forms have been submitted. It also means that all fees are paid and all payroll advices and tax returns and other required documents ahve been submitted.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

What happens if there are objections? I'm just curious.

you have to work them out with the creditor and or the trustee to get confirmed. It might mean paying more money or it might mean that some of your schedules need to be amended

So this is a Chapter 13.

The only types of objections you'll get are Objections to Confirmation. These probably won't happen until creditors start filing Claims.

Then it's up to them if they want to dispute something in an Adversary Proceeding and that would be an Objection to Dischargeability (for a specific claim / debt).

You'll file objections to claims based on their enforceability or documentation or balance or whatever you don't like about them. They'll file responses, or not. It may or may not go to hearing, which is done in some Districts at the Confirmation Hearing (all at once).
