Converting from 13 to 7

Does anyone know if there is a form (free of course) I can use to convert my 13 to a 7. I have no idea why my 13 was confirmed. It shouldn't have been. I did it to get rid of the house I shouldn't have bought without selling my condo 1st, as well as all of the debt I incurred fixing up the house (100+ house, and I had no idea how needy it was).

I need a form for NE IL, 7th circuit.

It's done by Motion, unless your District has forms. Always check your District's website to see if they have a local form for this. Some Districts have "form-based" Motions for just about everything.

Other Districts expect you to draft the Motion yourself without assistance.

Here's the sample for California. Your District could use the same language in this one... so it could be universal, unless your District has a specific local form (see above).
