Does anybody use 13network to track their bankruptcy case? I have a question when I was at my 341 my attorney told me I have a 39 month case, but when I got to looking through my case on 13network it said I have 40 remaining months. I guess I'm confused if I have a 39 month case than why is the trustee's site saying I have 40 remaining months, but it does state it may not be accurate. I know 6 months extra is not a big deal, but it's sort of dissapointing.

13network is always a month or so behind. I also found it to not be up to date with creditors or payments.
What counts is what your PLAN states. If you confirmed plan states 40 months, then it's 40 months from your Petition date.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

it is important to know as well whether or not your trustee calculates the plan from date of filing or from date of confirmation. I found 13network to be quite accurate but then my trustee was always updating it, every night. However my months remaining showed zero when I discovered, much to my dismay, that my trustee calculated plan length from date of confirmation and not date of filing. I had to pay for an additional 3 months, making my plan 39 months, not 36.
