    objections

I have two properties that I'm going to have to walk away from. They both have arms on them so when they go up there will be no way for me to pay the monthly mortgage in a chp 13. Do you think they will file an objection? If so what will they state? I've always paid them on time EVERY month but there is no way I can afford to keep them and successfully complete a chp 13

I also have to reject a commercial lease. What will a likely objection be by the landlord? I never even moved in to the space. I currently have money in the bank but if I have to pay for a space I'm not occupying it will be drained in a few mos. The rent commencement date hasn't even started.

I don't believe they can object simply because they don't like the fact that you are surrendering the properties........ They are getting the property back, so there's really no grounds for objection..

I'm pretty sure you can reject the lease, but you should check with an attorney.
You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing
