Well, the Order is delayed. I missed a call with the Trustee's office today. They need to review the order with me because one of my secured creditors didn't file a Claim, and won't be paid through the Plan. (Don't panic... it's only several hundred dollars.) Trustee's office wants me to pay it outside the Plan.

If they make my Plan payment go up... I'll scream!!!

So, fortunately, they'll review the changes with me first.

Other than that... I won't see the confirmed plan until after the new year because everyone in the Trustee's office seem to have left for Christmas break at noon today. They don't return until 12/29/2008.

That's the only part of the holidays I don't enjoy, how the world stops for weeks instead of days. Effects my income!
