    Anyone else having....

Anyone else having a hard time getting started on the paperwork??
There is so much I do not even know where to begin! My goal is to get it all in before this year is done. I actually would like to get it done by this coming friday.
I was just reviewing it all and well right now I am just so tired.........Uggggg
Plan on devoting Wednesday and Thursday to it.........

Setup one day to complete each task.

Monday: tax returns (or call IRS to get transcripts)
    Tuesday: bank statements (print on-line)
Wednesday: pay stubs (find them or ask for re-prints)
    Thursday: insurance policies
    Friday: rest
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

      Hey,

Being new to this, I'm a bit curious. We filed about 2 weeks ago. What paper work is this that everyone is referring to? The Lawyer hasn't metioned any of this.

I believe the OP is referring to the large packet of paperwork given to the prospective filers by their attorney in which they have to list everything; assets, debts, property, etc. We too proscratinated when we received this (received after retaining one's attorney) as it appears to be overwhelming at first glance.

Ha Ha.......it was overwhelming. But it is done!! Think I just got the first big step out of the way!! I drove to my lawyers office (about 45 miles) and hand delievered it. I just did not trust mailing so much personal information. Would be an ID thiefs wet dream come true. Not that I really have much to take at this point..... but why take the chance? I got enough problems!!

Just put about 3 days of total focus into it and as they say "git er done!"

YES! I'm the same way. I actually got my stuff from my attry, almost 3 months ago, paid our $100 retainer and have done NOTHING since! I plan on taking 2 days after the holidays off and get it taken care of.
Filed August 09, all payments made as of July 12th, 2013.....Waiting on final audit and discharge!

DUMBAGAIN!!!! 3 months??? bud I cant speak for you, but for myself doing nothing is a big part of what got me into my mess in the first place. Cant believe that the lawyer you retained is not pushing you a bit? If it is too much to do at once (it is) start doing it piece meal... before the big rush comes.... I am predicting (unfortunatly) that there is going to be a whole lot more people doing this soon......
