if you've filed Ch. 13 and then get a job offer out of the country

My sister and her husband filed Chap 13 recently. Now we hear that BIL got a job offer in Norway with the company he works for. He's wanting to take it.

My question is: Can they really go out of the country during a Chap 13?? (I'm hoping no, as I don't want them to move.)

I don't see why not if they have already confirmed their plan. Also, I would be happy for them if her husband got a better job offer. On top of that, they get to see a different part of the world.
