What are the Criteria to convert to a 7 from a 13?

Posting for a friend. I have so little knowledge in the 13 area.

I believe her home is outside of the plan and she just cannot pay anymore. There is a 1st and 2nd

She's walking away from it. She wants to find out if she convert and then include the house in the 7.

Any advice? Can it be done?

It simply comes down to her income vs. her expenses. Unless her income has dropped such that she now qualifies for a 7, then she won't be able to convert. Converting to a 7 has nothing to do with the debt that you.
