    Yeah, I see your point and we have looked at it but I don't spend much for clothes especially not on a monthly basis. I pack a lunch for work so not spending money there. I guess I am just trying to say that if I didn't work and we weren't paying daycare we would not have grocery money left after my husband pays all the bills, even though he makes decent money. As I said, Colorado housing is expensive...We have a 2 bedroom 1200sq feet condo and pay $985 plus HAO fees of $150. Even if we let the house go, rent for 2 bedroom apts here is still minimum of $800 on up, plus then you don't even get the tax break. We would also have to come up with security deposit...So would we really save anything in doing this?

    Oh, and let me also add my health insurance and other benefits at my job.

      Then look at your budget again. Perhaps explore other options for day care etc. Once you discharge your debt, how much better off are you really? And if you go chapter 13, then PLEASE go get vehicles that can last the 3 to 5 years of the plan.
