Hi all,
I have a question- In order for a debt to be actually discharged, does it have to be on the Schedule F, or will the MML suffice? What if I'm not sure of the amount of the debt, can the debt still be discharged as an "unknown" or "disputed" amount?
Thanks

But that's a whole bunch of litigation you shouldn't worry about. Just list all debts, even ones you're not sure of, on Schedule F. I used my credit report(s) to find everything... even things I didn't know about!
