    Filing BK Ain't What it used to be...WOW

    Ok so as I told ya'll yesterday I filed--and today I was assigned a trustee, got my 341 scheduled along with confirmation date blah blah blah.....filin electronically really speeds things up huh--I filed Ch 7 in 1993 and it took forever it seemed to find out what was going on...lol Ah the electronic age---So anyway my 341 is on 1/14...hope its a great day for me

        I filed last week and my 341 is Jan 8th.
        Filed CH13 November 2008
        341 with confirmation recommendation Jan 7/09 100% payback to secured and 10% to unsecured.Plan completed and discharge 02/20/13
