After filing, should I receive some time of notification from my attorney or the Trustee after my plan is approved? Has been coming out of my check since May 2008.

You have to have your 341 meeting first and if there are no objections, you will probably get something from your attorney first with the confirmation paperwork from the court for you to sign to complete the confirmation.
My attorney keep me updated throughout the entire process.Filed Chapter 13 05/23/08

Not only should you receive notice that the plan was confirmed... you should have received notice from your Attorney that the claims bar date has passed, and that you should review all the claims.Originally posted by GeorgiaFarmer View Post
