I just got notice in the mail that my original Trustee has retires and I now have a new person. Has anyone had expierence with this? Just wondering if it makes any difference?

Hey Chloe! I don't have experience with that, but may have a new Trustee by virtue of moving. In any event, I would suspect nothing new for Confirmed Debtors... so long as they are paying on time.

Yes, I have had my original trustee changed TWO times and I've only be in 13 for 25 months so it's not uncommon. My original one was made bankruptcy judge when one retired and the one who was filling in for him, was just temp until a new one was appointed. So far no, nothing has changed except the mailing address to where the check goes to and of course who it is made out to.12/19/06 Chapter 13

I experienced it during my 13. My original trustee was actually removed as a trustee, d/t some funny business having to do with another bk. If anyone cares to know the actual details, I posted it in the 13 forum way back when it happened. http://www.bkforum.com/showthread.php?t=13198
Only thing that changed for me was I had an acting trustee take over. She did raise her percentage, but it happened the last month I paid payments. The one that is in my district now has gone back to the lower rate the original trustee had.Chapter 13 filed -8/12/04
