It's 11:50PM (EDT). I am pretty much sure nothing is going to pop in there in the next 10 minutes. However, I'll check again at about 5-10 minutes after 12:01AM 11/13/2008.

      Looks like a dodged it.

It's November 13, 2008 at 12:34AM EDT. No additional Claims. I'll just have to wait to see if any are "mailed" in, but I'm not expecting that.

Now I'm studying caselaw on 109(e) debt limits and what defenses I may have if I decide to deal with the car cramdowns.

Any of your unsecured student loan debt?

I ask because we will be close to the max due to our high student loans. Atty planning to watch filings to see if we get close and is willing to fight that student loans should not be unsecured since they are not dischargeable. I guess they've argued successfully before.

I have no student debt. It's been way many years since I was in Cambridge.

Uh, I mean England... wait... that doesn't work either.

How about College Park, PA? Would that be better?

If you're talking Bucknell, that's still pretty impressive. Acceptance rate of like... 30%??
