You can be sure if you owe them a large/high amount, they will file a claim. If you owe them a few hundred dollars, they may not. That's the way is usually goes for most creditors._________________________________________

Plan Modified July 8, 2009 from $1100/month to $400/month due to change in income, finally discharged in July of 2013!
