Wells Fargo not applying my last payment

I have ended my Chapter 13 early. Made a large payment to my Trustee. Trustee sent my payment out to all my debts. For some reason Wells Fargo is holding on the payment and not applying it to my mortage. Approx 13k. They acknoledge the payment being received back in Sept. They did apply about 5k of it to Attorney Fees. They are also holding my last regular monthly payment for October without applying it.
A couple of phone calls have gotten nothing more than an email sent to the group that is in charge of applying the funds.
There is a code that my Trustee shows on the web page for my Ch. 13. The code changes when the payee acknowledges the payment. Wells Fargo has not done this. So now the Trustee is not proceeding with finalizing my BK.

No, I do not have an attorney...I know, bad move. We parted ways a couple of years ago after he was charging me some $$ for no reason.

I'm not happy, this is causing a delay in my BK ending celebration.

Any advise out there?

Did you have to reaffirm anything with Wells Fargo?
