The 314 went great. Our attorney talked to the trustee before the hearing about our expected inheritance off the record (while we were sitting there). Since we are at 100%...he didn't seem to blink an eye! Our attorney suggested we just stick our money in the bank, go through with the plan (which we can afford) and save, save save. We celebrated with a couple of beers at 11am...hahaComment
