    Amex-PACER

I just ran my claims file in PACER and saw that AMEX claim was only a few hundred dollars, even though we owe them over 10k. Any ideas why they would do this? Weird.

It all depends on POC... I would keep checking back, there is also a chance it was entered incorrectly. I have a lot of creditors saying I owe less than I scheduled.. and some saying I owe more.

Most of the claims on my bk were within dollars of what was expected. The surprising issue was that Citi never filed a claim and I owed them 30K.

Did you check to make sure it's the correct account number, approximate dates of opening, etc? I received two AMEX claims from accounts that were 10-20+ years old! I didn't even owe them any money, but some system thinks I do. These were not the AMEX accounts which I scheduled nor had any recollection of.

As someone else stated, I also received several claims less than my final balance. They deserved to be objected to, on other grounds, but since they were less, I allowed them.
