I just ran my claims file in PACER and saw that AMEX claim was only a few hundred dollars, even though we owe them over 10k. Any ideas why they would do this? Weird.

Most of the claims on my bk were within dollars of what was expected. The surprising issue was that Citi never filed a claim and I owed them 30K.Chapter 13 Filed 4/03/06  341 Meeting Complete 5/11/06 :yes2:

As someone else stated, I also received several claims less than my final balance. They deserved to be objected to, on other grounds, but since they were less, I allowed them.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
