What will happen to a judgement on my credit upon discharge? Anything?

I assume you mean a judgement that existed prior to you filing BK?
It remains a judgment, it will just be "discharged" like all your other debts and should reflect so on your credit report.
It won't come off your report, if that's what you are wondering..........You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing

I believe it stays on the same amount of years your bk stays on your credit report. Just remember though, aside from being a credit report thing, if you have a lien arising out of the judgement, the lien can stay active for a number of years as the lein doesn't get discharged.May 2008: Filed Chapter 13
Jan 2010: Plan Amended and Confirmed! finally plan funds = total funds due!
Jul 2013: 5 years done! Trustee set to discharge! Woo hoooo!
