    Wells Fargo Letter?

We have our 314 in a little over a week and got a really official looking letter from out mortgage company Wells Fargo. It is in legal form with our names as if we are the defendants...and they are the plaintiffs. It goes on to say that they want all docs related to our case, that they are not waiving any rights etc....Is this normal or an intimidation technique? This is the first time we've gotten anything like this.

This is normal...... they are only notifying the court that they want copies of all documents regarding your bankruptcy case and to be notified of any changes, judgements/etc.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
