so far only 3 of my unsecured's have filed their claim... hmm, and all three only claimed about half what I listed. Strange....

Also... apartment hunting is going decently, and DF's destroyed job finally paid him.

I've learned that Claims Filings are slow. They know they have 60 days from the 341 to file them (the Claim Bar Date). I have had 21 of 41 trickle in. My Claim Bar Date is November 15th I think.

Yes, some may actually not file a claim. At least 4 of my claims are bogus, so I really only have 17 of 41. There are duplicates in my creditors matrix, so I don't actually have 41 creditors. I listed Amex about 7 times alone!

In any event, I hope that they don't file myself. Leaves more money for the others in the "pool". If about 10 of them don't file, then I'll be in a 100% plan! Much more easy to deal with the Trustee then.

I spoke to one of the creditors, and they told me that they were running 2 months behind on claims processing. This is probably why many of them sell them off to the major Bankruptcy debt buyers... B-Line (B-Real), RoundUp Funding, and eCast Settlement.

Congratulations on having claims filed for less than what you scheduled/thought. I had only one like that so far, and I was going to Object to it on some other grounds... but they had a much lower value, so I figure... I have to pay it anyhow.
