Thanks all. On a side note, I e-mailed my lawyer yesterday morning to thank him for getting us through this and the bk coming out exactly as he told us it would. But I also asked him about an early buy out. He told me we could buy out early any time after Dec 1 of this year for just the amount remaining on our plan. So early buy outs are not dead. But unless we hit the lottery it really doesn't matter for us.

They sure do when you hit $124.00. One week late and a 'reminder' already. I'd rather be hooked on this forum, it is free, but I'm hooked on both as I am now checking what my enemy is doing on my Aversary Proceedure. 'Hub

wow, were you doing research on other cases or just checking alot? I find that anything filed in court does not automatically appear on pacer. It takes a day or two and if on a friday it won't show up until mon or tues. So, since I figured that out I curbed my viewing to once a day. Generally, check when I get home from work to see if anything odd going on and not downloading unless it's something new.
