So I signed the papers with my attorney about 10days ago. Hadn't heard back from him as to whether or not he filed.
Today I received a letter from the Trustee assigned to my case, providing a Case #, asking for some fairly standard docs, and telling me that my 341 date will be scheduled and the date mailed to me soon.
(She also said that my payment should be mailed to a certain address "30 days from your date of filing"...but nowhere on the letter does it indicate my date of filing...hmmmm)
So I created an account on Pacer and searched both for the case # and my last name, without success.
Anything sound odd about this?

the plan proposes a payment of only half of what the schedules and means test show I can afford. I had pointed this out and he had said he woulld correct
