    Don't get it

    Havent posted in a while.
We have only about 100.00 extra per month after paying mortgage, car, utilities, day care, food, pets.
Going to see attorney today to file and am curious as to what he came up with.
Havent heard from him since we retained him and when we would call would only speak with his wife/receptionist.
This is getting to be scarey, i guess we will see......
It cant be possible to file ch13 with that little disposable income.
Not sure if we can convert to 7 as Ive had one 4 years ago and we live in wisconsin wich means im responsible for wifes debt if she files ch7.
If we get divorced it could work(ch7).
    Wish us luck.
And ill keep all posted, thanks for all the advice.

Good luck! Hope you can figure out something without getting divorced. That's a first on here. Also divorce doesn't remove your name from debts. If they are joint then you're still on them.

Yes, I will still have my debts. Attorney wants us to wait another 30 days or so before we file.
He did say that once we are in the ch13 and after ive had enough time from my ch7 filing we could convert to a joint filing for a ch7.
Its so depressing only having 100 dollars a month to play with.
We will never get ahead at this rate.
Im going to have to get a second job, but if thats what it take then no worries.
Attorney says when we file it will be a good faith deal for 300 a month, and even that will be a stretch for us.
