The only thing I see that I would question is your attorney's advise to 'Not Answer the Phone'. This will only make them call you at every available number they have until they reach you. Better to answer them at home than at work.

Good point, do you guys think I should give them his information before I paid anything? I don't have the cash to pay him in full, its like 1,000 bucks. Wonder if he will let me pay him a few hundred now so I can atleast use him to appease the creditors.

I would say wait the 6 months for 2 reasons:
1. Let the overtime fall off so it will be easier to qualify for a ch 7
2. Any unexpected bills from the delivery. If there are any problems with the delivery, and I truely hope that there are not and everything goes well, you can then include them and get a true fresh start.
