It's a discount law place trolling for business on the internet. Sorta like those ads on TV with the big red fox telling you you can make a billion a year with a home business and retire in Paradise? All you have to do is visit their website! People on the internet will tell you anything to contact them or visit their website - why do you think he has his lawfirm link there? Places advertise in forums if they can get away with it because it is free advertising. With everyone in financial turmoil and investigating filing BK, you will hear all soirts of stuff to get one to bite.

Sounds like within that $1000 payment, 2 mortgages are included.......the 2nd and 3rd. Not the first.

The good side to articles like this are that they serve to let people know that there IS a way out. Things may not be quite as rosy as he implies, however some people don't even consider BK as they believe they will lose everything.
Personally speaking, Chapt 13, although a long haul, is a good deal in the end......We're almost 3 years into a 5 year plan. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
