It's been a week since I faxed everything off and still no word from my attorney - it's so frustrating. I'm trying to stay positive and think I haven't heard anything because it's not a problem! I work for attorneys (although not in the bankruptcy field) so I know the legal process is a such a long one and should know I need to be patient.

I hear you - I'm beginning to wonder if we selected the right attorney or not. We absolutely love her when sitting down talking to her. We met with her on three different occasions and she seems just wonderful and very knowledgeable but.......... This waiting is killing me! I'm sorry you're having such a tough time with your attorney too. How much of a problem is it for you switching attorneys mid-stream? We may have to do that ourselves. I realize they are very, very busy, however, a response is appreciated since we did pay her a retainer.Comment
