    Discharge!!!!

    I checked PACER today and my Chapter 13 case is finally discharged!!!

    I've mostly been a lurker here, but I wanted to share this so that people still going through bankruptcy know that although it's a long, long tunnel, there is a light at the end. Don't give up. It's possible.

      Payment increased and 4k added to secured debt due to payroll increases July 2007 Trustee Approves refi April 2008 Waiting on mortgage company to put it all together to pay it all off!

                      About two months. We sent our regular payment after we were unofficially paid off. We had just sent another payment when I found out we were discharged. They sent a check the next day for the first payment, but hadn't received the next payment. I'm assuming they'll send a check for that one too.

                        Oh, that's great! Sounds like they didn't drag their feet in your case. I hope mine goes that smoothly! Congratulations again! What a sense of accomplishment you must feel!
