I am filing chapter 13, I am married now, but these are my cc debts. They combined our income and say we will have to pay back $$650.00 a month.. not sure where that came from. I don't have 650 extra at the end of the month. we are fighting alot because of this issue and thinking of splitting up. what will happen now?

I'm sure members will need more insight into your BK. They are your cc debts, are all the debts listed in your name only? Are they joint accounts or is your husband listed as an authorized card holder? What is the reason you husband is involved with your BK?

This was all me before we got married, he is only involved because we got married.. but they used his income.Comment
