Where to get account info on Pacer?....& M.O.R.'s

We filed on 5/18/07. We were confirmed on 9/15/07. We've made 10 pmts. on time. I just logged onto the Pacer system and I see all of our documets, the court filings, etc. But how do you get $$$ balances and filings? On one of the other sites mentioned here, the #'s were close but weren't exact. We're paying 12% on 147K unsecured and I'd like to make sure all is right. Also, has anyone here had to file Monthly Operating Reports? We literally have hundreds of transactions each month an I have no idea how I would go about satisfying all the questions on one of the M.O.R.'s I gave it to my attorney 7 mths. ago, who gave it to his partner/accountant and I haven't heard anything since. But I haven't heard anything from the court either??????

PACER does not track your payments.

About the only thing you will get off of PACER is the claims register that will tell you which creditors filed their Proof of Claims.

Assuming your trustee used the 13datacenter, you can get an account at that site to see an in depth accounting of your case. (note, not all trustees use that service).

You also see who filed a complaint against you, not ONLY the claims register. You also see all the documents the court files.

My hubby's trustee doesn't use any of the websites to post payment info. Her receptionist said that if we want an accounting beyond the twice-a-year statements they normally send out, to just call or write and they'd run a report for us.

I'm sure that all the payment info is kept in a database or spreadsheet, and it should be pretty simple for any trustee's office to print you a report whenever you need one.

        Hope that helps.
