mortgage and chapter 13

Does the trustee have to dispurse your mortgage payment when in 13 we are not behind and never have been on the mortgage...by the way this is an owner carry mortgage

We did not include our mortgage payment or our car payments in our plan--our lawyer told us as long as they were current that they didn't need to be included. Push to keep them out of the plan--because the trustee gets a percentage of your plan and you'll be paying him even more if they're included!
